• The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment instructions provided.
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 14 days before the check-in date may be eligible for a partial refund.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in full charges.

4. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and complete personal information.
• You are responsible for any damage caused to the property during your stay.
• Any illegal activity on the premises is strictly prohibited.

5. Identity Verification

You must provide a valid form of identification when booking a property. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and trademarks on the platform are the property of MyItalianHome or its partners and may not be used without permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rome, Italy.
